Creators and fans

PowPow does not have a creator program: everyone has the same link and the same data. These conditions are part of the Terms of Use (section 6) and are granted by the creator of PowPow, @matheuslape. Questions and reports: [email protected].

1. What you may do

• Record, stream, and publish videos, live streams, images, guides, wikis, fan websites, or fan apps about PowPow.
• Earn money from this on your own channels: advertising, subscriptions, donations, or sponsorships other than those prohibited in section 2.
• Use the PowPow name, logo, kit artwork (section 5), and open data.
• Only condition: give the credit PowPow · powpow.com.br · created by @matheuslape, as text or with a link, in the description, in the footer, or on screen.

2. What you cannot do

• Impersonate PowPow, its team, or an official channel. The only official channels are powpow.com.br, the apps in the Apple and Google stores, the PowPow bot on Telegram, and the PowPow Activity on Discord. There is no partner badge.
• Say or suggest that PowPow pays for, sponsors, approves, promises, or guarantees your content or any earnings.
• Betting, raffles, prize drawings, "1v1 matches for stakes," or any gambling involving PowPow coins, items, or accounts (Lei 5.768/1971 requires authorization to distribute prizes through drawings).
• Sponsorships, ads, links, coupons, or codes for betting companies, casinos, "tigrinho," or crypto assets in content featuring the game. Medida Provisória 1.394/2026 (art. 16, §1º) prohibits all content that offers, promotes, publicizes, or facilitates access to fixed-odds betting lotteries, regardless of the format or form of compensation, and requires application providers, such as PowPow, to prevent this content on their services (art. 19). That is why the chat and name filter blocks betting brands.
• Advertise sales for money within the game (Terms, section 3).
• Alter the logo or combine it with a betting, casino, or crypto asset brand.
• Use "PowPow" as the name of a product, company, store, domain, or channel that could be confused with the official one.
• Show another player's nickname, message, voice, or any other data without that player's consent. The moment card and open data never include other players.
• Ask for anyone's login code, password, or email address.

3. PowPow does not pay, choose, measure, or act as an intermediary for anyone

There is no creator program, badge, or ranking, nor any link that earns more. Coins, items, and titles are never given out in exchange for videos, livestreams, or promotion. No one from PowPow asks for an access code or money. What you earn outside the game is yours, at your own risk and expense, including taxes (Terms, section 8).

4. Your link, your card, and the data

• Personal link: under Profile → Invite friends, a powpow.com.br/c/ address with your code and a QR code. Anyone who joins through the link gains or loses nothing; the person who invited them receives only a title with no in-game value.
• Moment card: under Profile → Moments. The 1080×1920 image is assembled on your device, with the credit and your link; the nickname and the little monster's name are turned off by default, and the card never shows other players.
• Open data: weapons, species, maps, and World content, without registration, at open data.

5. Brand kit

Files to download and use with the credit specified in section 1:

• logo.png: the logo with a transparent background, 1535×870 (PNG).
• logo-512.png: the same logo, 512×290 (PNG).
• icone-app-512.png: the app icon, 512×512 (PNG).
• divulgacao.jpg: promotional artwork, 1536×1024 (JPEG).
• Vertical artwork, 1080×1920 (JPEG): web, Android, iOS, Telegram and countries.
• story-1080x1920.jpg: artwork for stories, 1080×1920 (JPEG).
• convite-1280x720.jpg: invitation artwork, 1280×720 (JPEG).
• The little monsters: /assets/species-views/{id}.webp and the outline at /assets/species-views/{id}.outline.webp, each a transparent sheet with 16 frames of approximately 130×132. The size of each sheet and the position of each frame are in /assets/manifest.json (keys views25d and characters), and the list of IDs is at /api/publico/v1/especies.

You may crop, resize, and place the artwork on your own background. Do not change the colors or shape of the logo, combine it with a betting, casino, or cryptoasset brand, or sell the artwork itself (as a print, sticker, NFT, or art pack).

6. People under 18

PowPow is for ages 14 and up. Anyone under 18 may create content about PowPow with their parent or guardian’s knowledge.

• Earning money from the content requires a parent or guardian’s involvement and compliance with each platform’s age rules (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Kick, and others).
• Monetized or promoted content that habitually exploits the image or routine of a child or adolescent requires judicial authorization (ECA, Lei 8.069/1990, art. 149). Decreto 12.880/2026 (art. 34) requires platforms to demand this authorization and to remove content that does not have it.
• Do not show other children’s names, schools, addresses, or routines.

7. Age rating, reporting, and changes

PowPow is rated for ages 14 and older. Have you seen misuse of the name, logo, or artwork? Write to [email protected]: we may request removal and, in the game, suspend the account. We may change these conditions, and the date above changes along with them. See also the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
